- Information collected automatically. Standard server log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring page, plus cookie data as described in our Cookie Policy.
- Client project data. Where a client gives us access to their systems or content to deliver an engagement, we process that data only to perform the work agreed.
We do not knowingly collect information from children, and our services are not directed at anyone under 16.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, under contracts that require them to protect it:

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months. Client and billing records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law, typically seven years. Product account data is kept while the account is active and for a reasonable period after closure, then deleted or anonymised.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege credentials and regular updates to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, and we will notify affected people and regulators where the law requires it after a breach.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent. We only send marketing email to people who have asked for it. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect service messages about an active engagement or subscription.
